Adam Pekarsky is the Founding Partner of Pekarsky & Co. Adam has been recruiting executives, advising Boards and offering thought leadership in Western Canada for over 20 years. Widely regarded as the most connected person in the Alberta legal community, Adam has managed to keep the third generation of Pekarsky lawyers in Alberta relevant, albeit in a way that does not involve practicing law as both his father and grandfather did before him.

A frequent writer, teacher and speaker on topics of interest to the legal and business communities, Adam has achieved success as a member of the management team of a national law firm, a Partner in a global executive search firm and, once upon a time, a practicing lawyer.

Kiara is the Director of Marketing & Administration at Pekarsky & Co., where she has oversight and responsibility for all of the firm’s marketing functions, including social media channels, website management, event management and serving as our in-house expert on various proposal writing software, such as Proposify, and the monthly production and distribution of our widely-read blog, The Ampersand. In addition, Kiara co-hosts our Pekarsky & Co. podcast, The Ampersand: Unplugged with Adam where they explores issues of the day that impact our community, affect businesses large and small and explores issues that impact human capital and, more broadly, the human condition.
